We are Strouts…

We are a Strout family line that currently resides in Los Angeles, CA and Jamestown/N. Kingstown, RI. On a recent pilgrimage to the burial site of the first Strout to settle in America - Christopher (1655-1714), we were saddened to note that he and his family are very hard to find and their centuries-old tombstones beaten down by time.

The Strout Generations Project is a corrective to the pieces of our ancestry that have been lost to time. By connecting with Strouts from all around the world, we can foster potential family reunions and long-term legacy projects like you’ll find at the SGP Goals page.
